Anschutz 1365 Flobert
Notes: The
“Flobert” in the name of this shotgun denotes its chambering in 9mm Flobert,
which was a thing in Western Europe in the late 1970s when this shotgun was
designed. It is based on the
earlier Model 1363, and has an unrifled 25.5-inch barrel and a simple
single-shot bolt-action mechanism.
It is very light in weight and uses a stock of laminated beech. When the action
is cycled, the round is not ejected, but instead removed from the chamber
slightly; the shooter must then remove the round from the gun manually. Trigger
pull weight is an average 4.4 pounds. The Model 1365 is not drilled and tapped,
nor does it have any sort of sights.
