Rossi Match Pair Pistols

     Notes: Meant for target shooting (to provide a standard pistol and level field for competition), I suppose is you are that bent you could use these for duels.  They are also useful as highly-accurate handgun hunting weapons. The pistols come in heavy and rimfire calibers, and is a long-barreled synthetic frame-and grip weapon. It has an exposed hammer, fully adjustable rear sight, and dovetailed front sight with a fiberoptic inlay. The rimfire version uses a similar barrel to the heavy-caliber model, but the rimfire cartridge gets inserted further into the breech and the barrel is sort of a squeezebore affair. The 11-inch barrels are interchangeable, along with a change in the bolt face.  They are drilled and tapped for a scope mount. The Match Pairs Pistol comes with a single screw-in choke tube, for use with .410 shotshells. This tube is of the buyer's choice.  The pistol is possessed of a manual safety, mostly to conform to US regulations, and they use the Taurus key-lock security system.

     Forget about the part about duels.  Duels are for suckers. Though as might be guessed, these pistols are normally sold in pairs.
